Step by step

  1. 1

    Check that you are eligible

    • Senior high school students expected to graduate at the end of the current school year.
    • Senior high school graduates who have not enrolled in any diploma or degree programs after graduation.
    • Alternative Learning System (ALS) passers who are eligible for admission to college.

    Prepare your documents

    • Duly accomplished ParSUCAT Application Form and Student Personal Record.
    • Two (2) copies of identical recent 2x2 and one (1) copy 1x1 ID pictures in formal attire and white background.
    • Certificate of Enrolment signed by the school principal for Senior High School graduating students.

    Submit your application

    • Download the ParSUCAT Application Form and Student Personal Record available at the ParSU website, www.parsu.edu.ph, or at the ParSU – Guidance, Admission and Placement Office Facebook page.
    • Print out the forms using short-sized bond paper.
    • Fill out the forms honestly and accurately. Refer to the program offerings at the back of the application form for the desired course.

    Take the ParSUCAT

    • Test permit with the prescribed ID picture
    • School ID or Barangay Certification with a picture
    • Alcohol and a facemask

  5. 5

    Get your results

    • ParSUCAT results are released onsite and via email, depending on the location of the examinee.
    • Results are available for issuance or release twenty (20) working days after the last day of examination.
    • Onsite release is scheduled to strictly observe health and safety protocols.

    See where your score places you

    • A total score of 10 percentile and above must be attained in the ParSUCAT (BOR No. 56, s. 2017).
    • No applicant is admitted to any non-board program across PSU campuses without passing the ParSUCAT.
    • Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis. Successful examinees are admitted based on the number of slots per program.

Scores needed

  • 10th percentile — Admission to Non-board Programs
  • 60th percentile — Admission to Board Programs
