Congratulations ENGR. EMELINA R. PADAYAO! Engr. Padayao, Dean of the College of Engineering and Computational Sciences has been awarded Certificate of Commendation in recognition of her outstanding achievement as the 2026 Outstanding Sanitary Engineer and Outstanding Professional of the Year (OPYA) Awardee, conferred by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in collaboration with the Foundation for Outstanding Professionals, Inc. and in cooperation with the Philippine Association of the Professional Regulatory Board Members, Inc. last September 4, 2026 at the Manila Hotel, Philippines. Her exemplary professional excellence, dedicated service, and commitment to the advancement of her profession bring great honor and distinction to the University and serve as an inspiration to our academic community and the professionals we nurture. The Certificate of Commendation was presented by Dr. Arnel B. Zarcedo, SUC President III, on September 14, 2026, during the On-the-Spot Awarding Ceremony, held immediately after the Flag Raising Ceremony at the ParSU Goa Grounds. The On-the-Spot Award celebrates exemplary achievements and contributions of faculty and staff in real time, fostering a culture of appreciation, excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement across the ParSU community. CONGRATULATIONS, NEW REGISTERED MASTER ELECTRICIANS!

We proudly congratulate our successful examinees in the September 2026 Registered Master Electrician Licensure Examination (RMELE)! We extend our warmest congratulations to: AVILA, RANDY SADSAD COME, JOSHUA SALES FULLERO, NELSON PACAMARRA MONTAÑO, CARMELA BRAVO PALACIO, ARJAY REFE REYES, ROY OLIVARES The September 2026 RMELE recorded a 74.4% national passing rate, with 715 out of 961 examinees successfully earning their license. Notably, first-time examinees achieved a 71.43% passing rate, while the overall performance stood at 75% in the examination conducted on September 7, 2026 (Monday). Your success is a reflection of your hard work, perseverance, discipline, and commitment to the electrical profession. This achievement marks not only the fulfillment of a goal, but also the beginning of a greater responsibility as licensed professionals. To our new Registered Master Electricians, may you continue to uphold competence, integrity, and excellence in every work you undertake. Congratulations, RMELE Passers! Your success is our pride. The Partido State University – College of Engineering and Computational Sciences (ParSU CEC) proudly congratulates our alumni, Jaspher Mira and Roland Ledesma, for their outstanding performance in the Midea Club Flash Installation Tournament! Both Jaspher and Roland are graduates of the Bachelor of Engineering Technology major in Mechanical Technology, Option in Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning (BET-MT (RAC)) program of ParSU CEC. Their impressive performance, placing 8th and 12th among the top performers, respectively, is a testament to the technical knowledge, hands-on skills, precision, and dedication they developed throughout their journey as Engineering Technology students. CEC ISO Coordination Meeting - August 20, 2026

The College of Engineering and Computational Sciences (CEC) successfully conducted its meeting on ISO-related concerns this morning, August 20, 2026, from 9:30 AM to 12:00 noon at the CEC Accreditation Room. The meeting served as a meaningful and insightful venue for the CEC team to discuss and address important matters concerning the reorganization of tasks for ISO documentation, quality objectives, performance monitoring, non-conformity and corrective actions, digitalization of documents through the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS), and the initial planning for the CEC Strategic Planning 2027. Facilitated by the CEC ISO Coordinators, Engr. Jerime Chris F. Mendez and Mr. Jholan A. Sabaria, the discussion encouraged everyone to actively share their insights, experiences, and concerns. Members openly raised points for consideration and contributed valuable suggestions toward improving the College's processes and systems. Through an open, collaborative, and constructive discussion, the team was able to reach agreements, finalize key points, and establish clear directions for the matters included in the agenda. The meeting highlighted the importance of teamwork, open communication, and collective commitment in continuously improving the College's operations and quality management practices. The CEC extends its appreciation to all the members who actively participated and shared their valuable insights. Through collective effort and shared responsibility, the College continues to move forward toward a more organized, efficient, and quality-driven institution.
